Selected harvest with crushing of the soft grapes
and fermentation of the must at controlled temperature.
Long maceration to achieve maximum expression
of the vineyard of old tempranillo vines.
Four-month stay in new French and American oak barrels
and 1 year for semi-new barrels.
NOTA DE CATA
Attractive cherry red colour with violet reflections, great depth,
intense aromas of crystallised fruit, spicy recollections and
liquorice. Potent and tannic on the palate, with well defined
structure and nerve. Tannic final taste, potent and elegant
aftertaste. Wine to keep for a long time.
MARIDAJE
Should be consumed at a temperature below 15 degrees.
As accompaniment for strong stews, red meat and cured cheese.
