ELABORACIÓN
Selected harvest with crushing of the soft grapes and
fermentation of the must at controlled temperature.
Long maceration to achieve maximum expression of the vineyard
of old Tempranillo vines, adding mixtures of Petit Verdot
and Syrah. Four-month stay in new French and American
oak barrel and 1 year for semi-new barrels.
NOTA DE CATA
Attractive cherry red colour with violet reflections, high depth,
intense aromas of crystallised fruit, spiced recollections, compote
and liquorice. Potent and tannic on the palate, with structure
and elegance. Glycerine final taste, potent and elegant aftertaste.
Wine to keep for a long time.
MARIDAJE
Should be consumed at a temperature below 15 degrees.
As accompaniment for strong stews, red meat and cured cheese.
